Adelmo Monsalve-González
Ph.D., M.Sc., CFS
ASLA/GAD founder and principal, Dr. Adelmo Monsalve-González, is a Certified Food Scientist with over 25 years of experience in product and process development in the food and pet industries with a proven track record of success in developing and introducing innovative and profitable food products at General Mills, Clorox, Post Brand, and the JM Smucker/Pet Brands across de the US and Latin America.
Adelmo is the inventor and co-inventor of nine US patents and applications, author and co-author of more than 15 peer-review publications, and current peer reviewer for the Journal of Food Chemistry. He earned his B.Sc. in Biology from the Central University of Venezuela and his M.Sc., Ph.D., and Post-Doctoral from Washington State University.
